Just after installing WordPress. You should run that command so, WordPress can handle things correctly.
In fact I would say, before opening /wp-admin/ dashboard for the first time.

Without proper permission, you cannot upload image, install or update any plugin.

Now updraft free version is not worthy any more.
remote storage sending data is now disable.

so now onwards you can not get backup files in your google drive

can i know anymore way to migrate shared hosting to vultr

There is no such issue on my site. It is still sending backup to Google Drive.

Sir, i think all in one wp migration plugin is good.
Because to back up just we have to do
1.choose export file type
2.download back up
3.import whenever need.
It’s take whole website backup along with database tables.
Otherwise your suggestion is good.

@Pankaj you need to setup a remote storage in settings first. It’s free and also working in all my website.

To resolve this issue, increase PHP MEMORY_LIMIT to 512 MB
