Hai can anyone tell me how to recktify this sitemap error

I have got this error for one of my sitemaps only which is https://www.insidethemovie.com/post-sitemap4.xml
I am using Rank Math plugin and now deindexing of my ampforwp posts is going on, in search console now I have only 2 valid posts and 3 posts with warning
When I check in google it shows 4 to 5 urls
Checked using this format in google
