Some cache plugin tend to bypass cache over comment_author cookie which expires in 347 days.

When this is set, it allow WordPress to serve personalized experience in comment author by auto-filling name, email, site URL but this affect perf. Means returning visitor will have always uncached response.

Worst, when this is checked and plugin dont bypass cache over ‘
comment_author’ cookie. In that case, visitor’s emailvisitor@example.comget exposed!
So, must uncheck this option for better performance for returning visitors.
